The Gators are a shoe-in to win this game.

(For you Kori, let's see if this helps your team)

I think Noah is now a lottery pick in this year's NBA draft.

Noah was a lottory pick before the Tourney. He's now a top-5 pick.

He's so good. He's a taller Boris Diaw. If I'm the Suns, I trade any combination of their first rounders (2006: top-20 Laker pick, top-26 PHX; 2007: top-10 ATL, top-30 PHX) to get him.

He's going to be a complete stud and for a team trying to save money, all those first rounders aren't necessary. Package them, get a good player that fits the system, save money.

    Works.

Amare, Marion, Diaw, Thomas, Noah looks great from my vantage point!

Florida is a dunking machine. Nobody is talking about Al Horford. I think he can be the next Rodman (rebouding wise that is). He is a beast on the glass.

    *wiping tears*

My alma mater got their asses waxed tonight. Can't be too upset when Florida was clearly better start to finish.

    IMO:

I could see him fit in with Phoenix.....maybe even Atlanta....but I wouldn't waste a high pick for him.

He excells w/ his energy & speed. I could see him running all night w/ Nash. But other than open dunks, I saw a very immature offensive game.

In the NBA he'd foul out in 10 minutes the way his arms are flying everywhere.

    Not to mention his traveling.

I see a JYD type of player. Lots of energy and hustle. Alot of the intangibles, but his game overall isn't really ready for the L.

I haven't seen him other than a few games in the tournament.....but no way I'd take him w/ a top 5.

I don't like Noah (I didn't like him before today ). He travels almost every time he touches the ball on offense unless he's dunking. I know he's a good shot blocker and supposedly has that all important "high basketball IQ" but I don't think he'll flourish in the NBA.

Have you seen his passing ability? I don't know about traveling too much. Maybe some, but he take the ball coast to coast with confidense.

Phoenix doesn't need any of those picks. He fits and in that system, with his skills, I think he'll make people wonder why he was ever let go, hence the Boris statement.

He's an average rebounder, though I think he's better than the numbers, as Spurologist mentioned, Horford is a beast.

I'm not certain he's ready, but I think he's as good a big man prospect as there is in college. Obviously Oden is tops, but I think he's up there with Hawes and Aldridge.

Could be wrong, but that Phoenix system can use him as much as he can use the system.

That was ing bitter. I was watching it at Pauley tonight and everyone was mad as . This one feels like the Fisher game. I'm too ing pissed to even go get wasted with my boys after. Florida was classless the way they were throwing down dunks when the game was over, and then dancing on the floor before the buzzer sounded. I hope Noah tears his ing ACL in his first game next year.

Good Lord, they are kids. 18, 19, 20 years old. They aren't to be expected much of in the way of maturity.

Losses suck. I know. UA was jobbed in 2001.

But to wish serious injury on someone for a transition dunk with a minute or so left is silly.

If the game was so over, why was UCLA trying so hard to claw back?

If UCLA can foul to extend the game with under a minute being down 10+, then Florida can score in transition with under a minute being up 10+.

Florida doesn't dunk there, they get fouled and sent to the line.

If you want one team to just stop playing, that's just insane.

I had no problem with the dunk. But I was a little turned off by the little jig before time expired.

Ya they're young kids, enjoying the moment of their lives....but it still lacked class.

WTF is class? A 20 year old, contained, all prim and proper, not reacting in the slightest to JUST WINNING A CHAMPIONSHIP?

    Wake the eff up!

He didn't ha-ha, in your face. He danced from excitement.

I'm not seeing the problem here. Not at all.

    Maybe I'm blind.

Still, wishing injury is weak. WEAK, I says...

Snow, they didn't even show. Save for Farmar, UCLA was off somewhere that made Walton jealous. Having seen them many times this year, this was their worst game.

It's not a choke, but it wasn't a showing that should be defended in any way, either.

Horford is another piece of the Dominican Republic 2008 Dream Team. We're quickly becoming the third best team in the hemisphere.

    C: Al Horford
    PF: Charlie Villanueva
    SF: Trevor Ariza
    SG: Francisco Garcia
    PG: Luis Flores

So what about when David Robinson and Kevin Willis were celebrating BEFORE game 6 was over in the 2003 finals??

And as far as the dunking, what were they supposed to do? They have a wide open dunk but because the game is a blowout they must hand it to the ref?

    Someone is just bitter.

Exactly. Had they handed it to the ref, being that there was 1 minute to play, then 30 seconds to play the two times, it would have been extremely foolish considering UCLA hadn't given up on the game yet.

Just get over it. Players, who've just won a le are allowed a little leniancy. Dancing in a joyous fashion is acceptable. Doing a basic dunk off a transition opportunity is accecptable.

Getting in the opposition's face and doing a dance is not. Showing up the compe ion is not.

Neither case happened, so get over it.

I can't believe that a celebration is cause for serious, if not career ending injuries being wished upon a player all of 19 years of age.

    Just pathetic.

I thought florida was showboating some
I could care less who one az was out
I thought taking threes late with less then 3 minutes lefts was classless
getting a steal with less then 1:30 seconds left was CLASSLESS

Noah was not that great the game before.
I thought he should have fouled out last night. atleast one of the dunks he touched the guys arm and there was no call.
he is fast. though. frye I think is better then noah
