Im comfortable with Russ but will admit randle worries me a bit even as a rookie ... how he comes back this off season will tell me how serious he is about his craft. Got to get a better right hand. His jumper has improved but he wont finish inside well without a right hand he should also look to explode on his finish like bass or nance

You should start editing some posts son. You're bound to eat a lot of crow
He got whooped by Mudiay after his coming out party against Donald San.

And if you think going off on Curry is any great feat, check out what opposing PGs have done to Curry this season.

Andre Miller-ish is still that boy's ceiling.

Still better than suckass Brandon Bass-lite Randle, though

Folks seriously debating about dumping Bogut/Barnes for Durant, as long as Durant leaves enough money on the table (ala LeBron w/ the Heatles) so they can retain Ezeli then it's a no brainer b/c Ezeli is better or just as good as Bogut in every facet besides playmaking.

Lakers actually looking pretty good when ball isnt stuck in Kobes hands
They could be a playoffs team next year if they got the high pick, a free agent like durrant and some other pieces.

You got something against Andre Miller? Top ten all-time in assists, and one of the better defensive PGs. D'Bust can't play defense but is the better scorer, so I think they'll both have a similar floor impact throughout their career.

Be a great win for the Lakers, and help us out, but we all know the Warriors are just playing with their food, unfortunately.

Parker inability to do this anymore has complicated our match-up with them, which saves Wardell legs to go video-game mode on us..

For sure - opportunity was a huge part which is why I was saying I don't see a bright future for LA. Huge issue that LA is so bad a development for young kids right now.

But he's getting more confident, his shooting stroke has steadied and he's finding his pace. You can see that confidence of his taking over. I don't see him as a top 5 PG type guy, but definitely looks like he could be a piece of a good team if he keeps on developing.

Agreed. I think him having an Andre Miller/Mark Price type of career would be pretty good.

My goodness, this is such a big off season for LAL. I was early on the train of drafting Russ, but with their poor coaching and FA's turning them down, they need to change things this off season in that regard.

If they strike out and especially if they somehow lose that pick, whew, that would be bad.
