Spurs got away with a lot. The officiating was homecooking bad. We also didn't have a lot of players.

    Luck was not a factor
Lucky Steph/Klay missed some of those. A lot of it was due to great D tho. Props to TP and Danny tonight especially

18 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks. He did have 4 turnovers too. Not bad for an off night from Leonard.

The disrespect from the refs though.

Only held Curry to one of his worst shooting games ever.
Hardly due to any lockdown defense by Parker. Team scheme.

Agreed GSW had their big 3 playing in this game. Whenever you have your big 3 your always a legit threat to win games. One thing the Spurs got out of this game is they know how to counter the death squad lineup the Warriors throw out on the court.
    Very very true.

Good win. Spurs gotta find a way to force this tempo like Memphis did to them in the second round last year.

Timmy may not get huge minutes in the WCF but we always knew that. He'll be huge though against the Cavs in the Finals!

Lamarcus tremendous game, defending in the perimeter too. He had the whole package together tonight. Really really impressed with him. I do believe he is very hungry and he wants the championship bad. I have no doubt he will show up for us.

LOL I'm watching the KSAT12 news and they're running Spurs coverage like it was a Finals game. Never seen this kind of coverage for a regular season game before.

Overall, a solid win. Doesn't mean much to a team that's missing key guys and on a b2b but I think the Spurs found the intensity that it's gonna hang with the Dubs in a 7 game series tbh.....

I hate "fans" on this site that always want to criticize a win--a big win--and ruin my high with their negative . .

    Some serious nice perfomance:

    Parker's defense.
    Green's defense.
LMA and Kawhi with excellent all around games (and hitting the boards!)
Captain Duncan doing what the team needed. Class and leadership.
    BD3.0!
Defense was great. I feel confident saying that offensively Spurs can play better

The refs were consistently awful. Didnt make a difference imo.

Curry was 1/13? Thats gotta hurt. Great defense effort. I dont think Bogut will make any difference, its just a different option and we have enuf bigs to counter that.

    Iggy could make a difference.

We really need to have an ISO player in our team. I said i didnt like Kawhi going hero ball. But now i understand.

We ISOed Danny Green like 3-4 times tonight and it was cringeworthy. Green didnt even look confident in his hail marys.

This matchup really needs our guards to step up.

Think it was the other way around.....Warriors got away with a lot....That's why warriors came back....
