I know this isn't science; but this came as no surprise. I've known older men with similar mannerisms who developed the disease. Sucks....

I wish him and his family the best of luck during this process. I'm sure he gets the best medical treatment, but even then, such a degenerative disease can be insidious, no matter what is done. He was a great and gritty coach.
