Brah your argument revolves around PER. Please stop.
Yeah Pop isn't Biased towards Porker. He definitely showed us Last Playoffs. Tony worst playoff performer ever.

I agree that PER is flawed since it doesn't consider defense, which would make Patty even worse compared to Tony
Oh, now we're talking about NOW. You're the one who claimed playoff Patty, currently, is better than prime playoff Tony (per metrics). Now that I showed you how stupid that idea was, you deflect
Anyhow, when Patty can do it as a starter, over dozens of playoff runs, then I'll grant him Tim/Kawhi like consistency. But major minutes are never going to happen for him because Pop, like everyone with a brain, understands he's an Eddie House type of player who is good for instant offense in limited minutes.
Just accept it, bro. Eddie House 2.0 is a nice weapon![]()

Anyways what do players have to shot in volume to get a higher PER? Very low percentage I might add.![]()
In the 2014 post-season he did have a spectacular 3rd quarter in the one game everyone will remember. What people don't seem to remember is him under-performing for the majority of those playoffs.
Pretty much all that happens at SpursTalk these days.
lol, infighting, not only among Spurs fans, but among Krew members... this resembles Islam and the Middle East. Sunni vs Shia, then you have peaceful Sunnis vs Salafis, then you have the "peaceful" Salafis terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda and Al-Nusra going up against the "radical" likes of ISIS and Boko Haram... pathetic![]()
Is Mid ever right? Dude I got you on like 10 threads tbh.![]()
Loved Patty in last playoffs, he deserved more minutes, it could have changed some games but Pop was in his worst coaching series...
Mills is made for the post season! Never backs down from the pressure when Manu is out there with him !
MVPatty > LVPorker, plain and simple.
Since you called me out, he was pretty bad in when the game wasn't a blowout. 1-5 at one point, and made a few shots when we already up 20. But let's hope this renews his confidence
And why no praise for Tony tonight? 15 and 6 on 60% in 21 minutes
Yeah, Jordan Farmar. But Patty did his damage against some guy named X. Munford![]()
He was on the floor for the blowout and then put some daggers up. Take this.

He's a ing idiot that only goes by "advanced" statistics without any actual context. Moron actual believes that Patty is a better PG than Parker which clearly isn't. The kid was nearly out the league, much like Danny Green, before PATFO scooped his ass up.
try reading the le of the thread?
It's well known that Patty shows up at home. I'll believe that Patty has shown up for the playoffs when he does it on the road.
Yes he does. Patty flips on the switch. He is the Spurs new Horry coming off the bench. Coast in the season so to speak, but goes lights out when playoff time comes. But he and Green always seem to struggle at OKC for some reason.
That's the big test of any backup/role player.
I can't deny that Patty has had some good performances in the playoffs. His Per-36 stats in the playoffs are pretty damned impressive, although I never broke them down for home/away. All the rest of the noise about Parker vs. Patty, etc. is just that - krew bull noise. About half the threads here are like that. I open them up, not realizing that the subject lines draw krew pests like flies to . Literally.
Dude went off first half.![]()
Very encouraging. Props to Manu, as well.
If they can keep it up throughout the playoffs, we have a shot at this thing.
I will cite my error here.Unlike dabom i am capable of having independent opinions. Patty looks like prime patty which is a good patty but still not a starting quality PG and hasn't experienced elite playoff pressure. But these are the playofffs and he does look legit
Keep it up Patty!
OP one of the most knowledgeable posters on this site, tbh...
