You know when there's...
A. Technical foul
B. Defensive 3 second
It's David West. You don't even have to look.
I was really only able to watch the fourth, but the Spurs could not get a d board to save their lives. Watching this series almost makes it seem like a sure bet this is Tim's last season. He's not even seeing the floor in the fourth when OKC has Adams and Kanter in.

Thanks. And I agree about Diaw and West. They both have their strengths, but not together against all these huge OKC bigs.
Lillard and co. really should do their pal Aldridge a favor and make GSW work for it.
what hurts most is that we had a Big 3 performance tonight from Kawhi, LMA and TP...and still get curbstomped in the 4th.
Tim has a player option and with bonus will make over 7 million next season (because of their record this year and how his contract is worded). Tim would be foolish to walk away from that when he could just re-sign and be waived. No way the Spurs waive Tim though, they'd probably tell him they'll sign him to the front office for a huge salary if he declines his player option. Then again, he sells tickets. Who knows. I think he retires and just walks away from the game or returns as an assistant coach (which means probably Messina goes).
This.
It's very difficult to judge because of that, even if the team team has show the capability of wining despite those idiots
True. The whole team goes down a couple of notches on defense and rebounding.
I notice every game, there is a stretch when we go up big, OKC starts going to the line every other play. Every game. We go up by 10+ and then it's foul after foul after foul and we stop hitting shots cuz we arent' getting foul calls. When OKC catches up, the refs stop calling foul. Every game
After that job by the refs, I'm not even that upset with the loss, TBH
Completely unacceptable. I don't care if they were tired or whatever other excuse you have. You can't drop a damn goose egg in the 4th quarter of a pivotal playoff game. You can't do it.
Hopefully they bounce back in Game 5.
Glad Anderson wasn't on it bc he kept getting blamed for that but it really wasn't him. It was Diaw/West being overmatched all along.
Pop gets a lot of for being a to the media, but he never makes excuses for his team losing and doesn't call out the refs. Phil Jackson would've made all sorts of smart ass remarks about the refs tonight.
Game 5will be like game 1 -- book it
Agree..OKC bigs too quick and athletic for Diaw and West.
Also the over passing instead of taking the mid range jumper allowed OKC bigs to pack the paint.
If Pop ripped the refs, that would be a sign of weakness in his mind. He just won't go there.
It was a football game out there and the Spurs were not being allowed to tackle. It was pathetic.
Randy Foye outscored Danny/Tim when he hadn't played meaningful minutes in this series, talk about a fluke game.
This is the best summary right here. Succinct and correct. Exactly what I saw.
Pop's insistence on using West/Diaw together and putting Kawhi on Westbrook instead of KD will be our downfall.
I wish he'd give a shot to Boban at least a few minutes see how it goes. He really bothered them in RS
.
But too bad Pop can never do anything when an opposing coach complains about the refs. Last year Doc ed about the refs after game 5 and it helped the Clippers get favorable treatment. This year Donovan es about the refs and his team got phantom calls.
Donovan benching WestBrick for Randy Foye to start the 4th was the game.
