Durant vs Curry is 48 minutes away from happening for the league..unless we shoot these ers out of the building, we aint sniffing a W in a close game..
refs will probably make sure OKC get out to a fast start....by than it will be too late....OKC by 14
I'm done with this series. The refs are ing ridiculous.
I'd rather watch GS vs OKC anyhow lol. That's sad.
Spurs have a way of being on the wrong side of historical stats in a situation like this. Like 2012 all over again. Most teams up 2-0 win the series. Except the Spurs belong to that small percentage that blew it.
Better them than the Spurs.
There's no 2nd round banner.
The two wins were Game 6 in Dallas in 06 and Game 7 in NO in 2008
The only hope is WestBrick feeling himself & jacking up 30 shots except those hero-shots don't hit the target on Thursday. It would also help if Softridge showed up & D-Worst was inactive.![]()
So is this anything like '06 or '08. Arguably we have a better team this time. I think LA and Kawhi need to shoot every time down. I'm tired of losing due to TP's hero ball.
or Kawhi going Lebron Game 6 in Boston circa 2012 ..He was primed for huge game but that turd coach kept getting him in and out..
OKC by 14. They haven't had their blow out game yet. Tim and Manu's last game is on Thursday.
What a ride.
OKC is more than capable of giving a game right back. I just can't believe this ing replay of 2012 all over again.
The Spurs will likely get screwed again on the bang bang calls and not be able to pull away from the Okie s.
I still wish Russ would pop an anchilles or ACL with his fake tough guy act. He and Durant can eat . Couple of pampered pricks.
Prediction?
PAIN.
I predict this forum will be filled with members giving suggestions on what to do in the offseason. I have no idea how much the Spurs will lose by but it really doesn't matter. The big question is: Will the OKC fans give Manu and Tim a standing ovation when Pop yanks them? Because the Spurs showed no resolve tonight, Thunder fans get to see Tim hobble on and off the court for the last time. They will also get to see Ginobili play in person for the last time. Something I was hoping Spurs fans could do and send them off right. FML, this stings. Bunch of gots.
I have a feeling the Spurs surprise this pessimist board and show their pride, they will outcompete OKC and hopefully that can translate to a win. The pressure is off for Thursday. It is squarely on OKC. We play smart defense and play loose, get them behind the 8 ball and let Westchuck bury them as he tries to heroball the win.
The Spurs' season will end with them losing 3 straight games to the hapless Thunder. Do it for Monty!!
Half the Supersonic fans don't even understand the game. Their crooked owners stole a team from the commieland Seattle area.
This team is more like the '10 Cavs than the '12 Heat & OKC is also more like the '10 Cs than the '12 C. If Kawhi didn't have to guard WestBrick then he could have enough energy to have a monster offensive game but the reality is he won't have the legs come the 4th quarter if he went all out from the go like LeBron.
Maybe, Softridge would man up & play like 2010 Pau when the Lakers dug themselves out of the 3-2 hole in the Finals. (Here is to hoping that Adams has a season ending injury like Porkins)
That 2012 Spurs team was at least competent offensively to lead early![]()
A foul will be called at tipoff resulting in free throws for the thunder. The ref will claim that he was in the act of shooting
The real MVP's of NBA......
