truthfully it had to do with Lebron butting his way into the top 10. They weren't going to open the Top 10 for just Jim. But they did for Lebron, and Duncan snuck in.
Duncan has been top 10 since 2003.

b4 his return that hole under irving was already lottery bound
so it makes no sense to say with or without the cavs are going to improve under irving
