The point is not that James played well in that game, but rather that the Spurs gift of a le saved his ass in terms of legacy/reputaton and maybe even marketing - for awhile.

Dont lump me in with that re . I respect Kobe and how he terrorized us in the playoffs. So many of these fans just started watching in 08 and dont remember anything from earlier. So they only saw Kobe's decline. Kobe has a killer instinct that Lebron has never even come close to having. Lebron is a joke, he is a regular season stat padder, when the going gets tough, he shrinks, you cant count on him. However, with Duncan and Kobe, you could. They delivered.
On this ocassion it does dumbass. 'cause I was specifically talking about Kobefans hating on Lebron. Kobefans hating on Lebron 'cause Lebron is a " bag" is some hypocrital , tbh.

I've been watching the NBA since the mid 90's. I don't need to watch "video after video" to know that Lebron has clearly been a better basketball player than Kobe Bryant.
