Probably not. Only in sense that the Asian Federation have at least 10+ teams that can challenge Japan/Korea/Iran/Australia.
In terms of Top teams compe ion. Id probably give Mexico/USA/Costa Rica a very slight edge over those 4 teams, but its close. Teams like UAE/Saudi/China/Qatar/Uzbekistan/Iraq would make a concacaf a really hard federation to qualify from if these teams play in concacaf with the current 3 team format.
In short, The AFC is better purely for the number of teams that can compete.
