Aside from the historical regular season and being favorited it's the home court. GSW losing the 2 out of the 3 at home would have been horrible to witness.
What do you mean would have? They did lose 2 of the 3 at home.

But then the Spurs don't win in 2014 because it is not in their DNA to repeat, so they would have lost to OKC in the 2014 WCF, and OKC would have lost to the Heat in the finals, so Lebron would have stayed with the Heat ... and on and on.
I would still take winning in 2013 instead of 2014 no doubt at all as it would have been much more exciting and dream le as out of nowhere le with Duncan MVP and not have to live with the pain, hurt and trauma for life of the most heartbreaking loss all time in sport... About your prediction that we lose 2014, you are a denial coward, you made that prediction just trying to make 2013 look less hurt and make you feel better with yourself... So to continue your stupid game of what if, I'll say that if we lose 2014 we would won again in 2015 or 2016...

W's, they were heavily favored and had a 3-1 lead in the series, the Spurs were not favored in the 2013 series by anyone sides some of us fans.

I meant it would've been horrible to be a fan of the Warriors and watch that play out. I should've used "must've been awful".

I just hope the visitors' locker room at Oracle still smells like champagne next season.

    That's cold, man

I'm sure LeBron will mention it next season.

On the flip side of this, Cavs series loss in 2015 might be worse. Kyrie doesn't break his knee in game 1 Cavs repeat this year.
But, psychologically, I think the Warriors will have a harder time bouncing back than the Spurs did.

Warriors. They had a shot at history, and at something that would probably never be duplicated.

Nothing comes close to Spurs losing game 6 after championship was locked.

They were already shining the trophy in the back, assembling the tables, most Heat fans were in the parking lot and we even subbed Timmy out and Dejua. Blair was hugging him in celebration.

Absolutely nothing comes close to that

Ill go Warriors, Spurs was 1 rebound, Warriors were multiple games
We lost the championship due to 1 rebound. Worriers? They had 3 entire games to close it out and 2 in their home floor.

Worriers didn't deserve it in the end.

Spurs? One rebound? We probably deserved it. Most heartbreaking loss in history of human interactions

If we win in 6, Parker takes FMVP. No way they don't give it to him after carrying the Spurs that whole season and playoffs and with the G1 & G6 heroics.

    Yep.

Didn't Klay Thompson also say they were better than his dad's Showtime Lakers? Oops, not this season I guess...

    Karma.
