Zero kums plz.
Thank you. Sheezus! This new NBA market is pulling my hair out for me!
Zero kums plz.
Exacry.
It's a bad look if there had been a somewhat reasonable chance the Spurs can get KD but the writing is on the wall that it's staying at OKC or the Dubs. But yes, there are other possible factors in play here.
You know what, you said the exact same damn thing.
Mavs trying to make a run at the 2006 Finals w/ the Wade/Dirk duo.![]()
Besides the obvious reason why Aldridge is going there with his Texas ties he's also there because he's the one that needs this to happen. He's running out of usefulness and time and he wants to win now.
In which case he'd take the QO option for the minimum and be a FA next season right? That's still not desirable IMO.
Probably on a two year deal with some option in year two. Bertans is good, but let's not act like he was an MVP candidate last year. And let's also not forget he's had two ACL surgeries on the same knee.
A two-year min deal should be sufficient to get his foot in the door.
why do a lot of people make fun of Chris Broussard? Just curious, don't know much about that dude
It's a tender, not a QO (they are very different offers, not trying to be a jerk), and it's complicated. The Spurs have to buy Bertans out for him to sign, so him forcing the team's hands would also mean finding $650k of his own money to pay to his team. THEN he'd take the $543k tender in hopes of getting more a year later. It's an extremely unlikely scenario.
Just that he typically posts his info a minute after a major source posts theirs. Like woj and Stein
Yup. His "multiple sources" are all the people who actually break news.
After agreeing to an estimated $70.5MM/3yr deal with the Dallas Mavericks, Dwyane Wade stated in a press release,"I am excited to join the Dallas Mavericks. I believe the Mavericks offer the best opportunity for me to play on a championship contender, and I expect to lead my new team to the NBA championship next season. Money was never an important consideration."

Jared Dudley has reached a 3-year, $30M deal with Suns, sources tell @TheVertical.
They'll end up finding a way to trade him to the Clippers for assets again.
so was KD really blown away or was that just bull ?
It's a shame that all that training can't make him taller
MVPatty working out in Melbourne. Look at his condition for this time of year.![]()
Damn, Patty looks ripped![]()
He probably was impressed. But the Clippers don't control their own destiny; they would either need to dump a bunch of salary (i.e. Paul, Re , Durant, Griffin, Jordan eat up literally the whole cap, leaving the room exception and min deals) or do a sign-and-trade, to which the Thunder could just tell them to themselves.
