So does this mean ljc and Milutinov aren't coming over?
Came here to say this
How's this affect Bobans situation?
Good thing Spurstalk is rational and forgiving.
what a steal... i'm happy he's finally home.. I really hope timmy doesn't retire though.
They still gotta pay Bertans if they plan to bring him over.. think 2.5 is enough?
Yeah gotta keep green but if the bench weakens anymore not sure how we improve overall
I'll say this though, it's cool of Pau not to take the 2/40 whatever it was that the Blazers were offering. His market is obviously more than what he signed with the Spurs especially with what some of these scrubs were signing for.
We all knew snagging KD was a pipe dream, him going to GS is a bummer. Gasol to the Spurs is great for us, let's beat them in the paint while they shoot the lights out.
So does that mean that Boban is gone?
Good deal compared totodays nba deals.
Timmy.
Wheels definitely fell off last season.
Mr. executive of the the year does it again.
Maybe playing with another big who is an excellent passer will revive Diaw's interest. Otherwise, he is total dead weight.
Not sure but maybe the team can trade Tim's contract to open up more space?
I'm very worried about the drop in defense.
Perimiter D will have to be even stronger and hopefully smart system and gameplan will also compensate for some of the drop.
Gasol was very bad defensively on the Bulls.
Fantastic signing. Why oh why did he choose the bloody Bulls instead of us a few years ago grr
I would guess he's a minimum salary player and most of that $2.5M goes to LJC.
Another player sacrificing ~$10 mil to play for the Spurs. Let's hope it'll be more successful.
yes they did that with ferry
GSW will sign Boban, and terrorize the whole league.
Welcome aboard, nonetheless... Let's make up for lost time.
No bs, Mahinmi would have been better at 4/64, and it sounds doable from the yearly raises.
Now just crap defense, crap defensive rebounding, and whining over not getting enough touches.
Pau can't play against Golden State, OKC doesn't matter anymore, and isn't taking a big enough discount to leave room for anyone else.
Initial reaction I have is very, very pessimistic.
