This is a good thing - keeps him out of trouble.

That can't be real. I have no proof, but I'm gonna call fake on that one.

I'm guessing most of the participants were playing along to some extent. Looks like some of them weren't even around anymore by the end. I just thought the commercials were funny.

Pardon me, if I don't think that 0.8 and 1.2 GDP in the last 2 quarters is as great as you do. Go ahead and believe that unemployment is dropping when people have just given up. How do you explain the labor participation rate? Do you really think that everyone who wants a job has one and hasn't just given up (or aren't working 2 or 3 part times ones)?

You are the one who isn't paying attention. What does the FBI have to do with this? I was talking about the media (specifically about NYT) and how they cover Trump as opposed to Hillary. I know it's not free stuff - but isn't it being sold as "free" and that we're gonna tax those evil rich people and corporations to pay for it. But guess what, it's those evil rich people and corporations who create jobs - jobs that we so desperately need. And if you tax them severely to pay for healthcare, college tuition, parental leave, etc - do you think they are going to invest in new equipment to improve worker productivity, create new jobs, etc?

And we'll just have to disagree on whether the government can do infrastructure, healthcare, education and transit as cheaply/efficiently as the private sector. Look at this mess we're in with Obamacare when yes, Obama and the democrats, do something about healthcare. Soon the premiums/deductibles/copays will be so high that the young and middle class will not be able to afford it, will drop out and then instead of poor people being the ones without health care, it'll be the young and middle class who'll still be helping to fund it with their penalties and getting nothing in return. All those billions wasting on the website, advertising, help desk, operators, etc could have gone to helping those with major health problems and left the rest of the country able to buy what they want/need (mostly catastrophic insurance to cover major incidents) instead of coverage we don't want or need.
Explosive growth is not sustainable. It is why there have been bubbles that have burst in increasingly devastating fashion for each of the last 3 decades.

What about Trump is not being covered? The problem is that they Trump campaign has no money because he pissed off his party's money people just like he did the US banks that won't give him a line of credit. No money no exposure. perhaps this will get conservatives' heads out of their asses regarding citizen united.

You act like you don't have the school calendar memorized, along with recess times and bus routes.

I will bet that you are in heaven now all the little boys in their first day of school uniforms.

You get aroused when you walk through the school uniform section at old navy don't you pedo.
    Thanks for that.

I still find it hard to believe GOP supporters were stupid enough to choose Trump as their nominee. They were playing the short game and not the long game. How in their right mind did they think Trump's bull was going to work in the general election? Kasich should have been their guy even if he had Ohio's Medicaid expansion hanging around his neck taking away his "extreme" card. Out of all of the GOP candidates he's the one who would be absolutely cleaning Hillary's clock right now in the general election. He's a straight shooter type, has a good temperament and I think independents would probably like that he compromised and expanded Medicaid in his state. Ohio would have been off the table for Democrats since he's popular. He probably could have stolen quite a few Bernie holdouts as well. And unlike Trump I don't think Kasich would be doing or saying anything bat stupid to overshadow all of Hillary's e-mail issues so the news cycle would have been all about her trustworthy problems.

I'm not surprised that the GOP electorate bought into it. They take things on faith and ate up hearing what they wanted to hear. You're right that it's stupid but that is besides the point. Faith makes you stupid.

Trump doesn't surprise me either. He's a classic narcissist and it's not enough for him to win. He wants to be the center of it all and it chafes for him to see anyone else dominating the news cycle. It's not like he has impulse control.

Marco Rubio’s line on Trump still needs work

The comments generally aren’t sincere, but it’s the script candidates read, not only in the name of party unity, but also to help justify a post-primary endorsement.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) may not fully understand this.

In the heat of the Republican presidential primary, Marco Rubio called Donald Trump a “con man.” And he doesn’t take it back. “I’ve stood by everything I ever said in my campaign,” Rubio told the Miami Herald editorial board Monday.

But Rubio still supports Trump for president.
During the race for the Republican presidential nomination, Rubio was quite candid in his condemnations of Trump.

The Floridian referred to Trump as a “lunatic” and a “con man.”

Rubio’s campaign, quite literally, sold #NeverTrump swag on its website.

The senator told audiences that Trump might urinate on himself, mocked Trump’s hair and face, and even made vulgar jokes about Trump’s genitals.

In one especially memorable moment, Rubio insisted Trump cannot be trusted with the nation’s nuclear codes.

The GOP senator has had multiple opportunities to walk all of this back, and chalk it up to overheated campaign rhetoric, but Rubio doesn’t want to do that. On the contrary, he keeps saying that he “stands by everything” he said while condemning Trump’s fitness for office.

Pardon me, if I don't want to go down the road that the other industrialized countries are going - overrun with migrants, very susceptible to terrorism, negative interest rates, huge pension and retiree obligations, etc.
I wasn't suggesting we need to "go down the road that other industrialized countries are going". the point was, when looking at GDP growth as a performance indicator, a person who applied critical thinking skills would analyze it a a macro level. How is the US GDP growth rate as compared to other industrialized nations.

I guess you'd rather hear from the democrats how rosy the economy is instead of the doom and gloom from the GOP/Trump.
I don't think the Democrats are suggesting the economy is rosy. They're simply pointing to real progress and proposing new policy to continue/speed up the progress that's been made.

You can go ahead and believe the promises that Hillary is spouting - believe that we can have "free" healthcare, college tuition and parental leave. I'll continue to believe that we can't even afford what we already have - SS, Medicare, Medicaid and servicing our $19.4+ trillion debt.
If you believe that we can't even afford what we already have why are you voting for a candidate that is proposing across the board tax cut that every non-partisan economist agrees will increase federal deficits and national debt over the next decade.

Serb Who Inspired Ethnic Cleansing of Bosnia Leads “Vote Trump” Rally in Belgrade

The activists, led by the head of Serbia’s ultranationalist Radical Party, Vojislav Seselj, chanted “Donald Trump!” and marched outside the country’s Parliament wearing t-shirts bearing the name and likeness of the American candidate.

Yeah, it's real funny how a flaming got like Bonnerific can twist my statement that I would have ed a hot female teacher in high school given the opportunity into participating in his ed up fantasy world of hunting little boys.
lol Not sure how defending an admitted child molester turned into, "I'd a hot teacher".

How can this be any good? Its a replica of what he said in his convention.

Not only is this riddled with lies, it is full of nonsensical . I will be your fighter. Only I can do it.

Also dipping into light sexism. Doesn't have the physical stamina.

I'll ignore the other bull you posted here and focus on this. I knew you were heartless but this just proves it. They're refugees and the bigots keep trying to push the word "migrant" to make it seem like they aren't fleeing for their lives. Typical heartless GOP bull .

The physical stamina part was dumb.

But he had a broader message than at the convention and his attacks on her were pretty much spot on with how she governed and what she represents. Plus, it's what he had to say even though it's probably too late.
