But anyway, if you know anything about track, you would also know better than to take times from different races and put them together.

I'm pretty sure there are teenagers out there running as fast or faster than I did. Especially with the progress in nutrition and training.

If any middle school kid in the USA runs anything sub21, they would be in Track & Field News magazine. A write up in the local paper. College coachs knocking on your door looking to recruit you to Texas, Baylor, Texas A&M etc.

It seems like you have a basic misunderstanding of sports. By your logic, every athlete would have he exact same per game / per race stats over his entire life. And they're be no reason to even play the games.
What makes sports so interesting and entertaining is that each individual's performance varies day to day, game to game. It's why there are upsets. On some particular day, the star was off and the underdog had his best performance.
Could I have run 20's over the course of a career? We just don't know.
