Fox News aired a new attack ad from the NRA that misrepresents Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s record to falsely claim she “could take away” your “right to self-defense.”
Before and after airing the ad, Fox personalities gave credence to its faulty premise.
A new $5 million ad buy from the NRA depicts a home invasion attack where a woman is awoken in her home as a man kicks in her door. The woman begins to open a gun safe to retrieve a weapon but the gun vanishes as a narrator says, “Hillary Clinton could take away her right to self-defense.”
The premise of the ad, which suggests Clinton would ban gun ownership, is false:
Clinton has repeatedly said that legitimate Second Amendment rights should be protected while she advocated for expanding background checks on gun sales and other measures to prevent dangerous people from accessing guns.
She has also explained that you can call for stronger gun laws “and still support the right of people to own guns.”
Fact-checkers have repeatedlyrated as false the claims that Clinton opposes gun ownership by law-abiding Americans and that she would abolish the Second Amendment.
Fox’s The Real Story aired the NRA ad on September 20. Fox News national correspondent John Roberts credulously gave credence to the ad’s claim with his lead-in:

I wonder if I should vote for the candidate who wants to expand the H1B visas or the one who is more likely to end it - seeing as my whole family is probably gonna be in some STEM field.

I pay $120k per year for senior h1-b devs (onshore). I realize the management firm takes a chunk of that, but these guys are pretty well paid.
It's more about being able to scale the labor up or down as projects dictate and being able to manage it through a single firm as opposed to having to deal with a bunch of individual 1099s. That would be an HR/overhead nightmare.

This is a classic example of you selectively hearing what you want to hear. Trump has flip-flopped so many times on this issue that I doubt whether his campaign knows where he stands now. Consider the following statements from Trump during the debates:
Basically he's been saying whatever he thought his audience wanted to hear and speaking out of both sides of his mouth knowing that his poorly informed supporters won't care. And true to form, you sit there and applaud like a trained seal despite the obvious self-contradictions.
Trump's campaign would have been the greatest of all time if the human race hadn't invented the technology to record audio and video. Although, even video evidence doesn't seem to make a dent on most of his followers' consciousness.
I do agree 100% the H1B should be abolished or at least taxed at a very high penalty.
More and more Americans, even those graduating with actual good degrees (STEM) and decent to good GPAs are having rough times finding careers that match their majors and pay fair entry-level salaries (say, about $70k in Texas for CS and engineering positions) fresh out of college as one should expect after 4 years of hard work and scholarship.
As a 4.0 STEM graduate millennial American citizen, who had an insanely but unnecessarily hard time job searching when companies would ordinarily be fawning and fighting over me... I only landed ONE $70k offer am fortunate to be here... I am supporting the election of Donald Trump and staunchly support a 50% tax penalty on each foreign worker's salary on corporations who hire non-US citizens! Protect the American citizen's priority and primacy for employment in the workplace. This is ESSENTIAL!
