Report: Patty Mills to test free agency
http://projectspurs.com/2012-article...ee-agency.html
Mate, your signature picture just scared the crap out me! ha ha.
So, I was out last night and where I don't drink regularly these days the 9 pints (imperial / 568ml / 20 ounces) of Guinness and 3 shots of Sambuca left me feeling a little hungover today. I was scrolling through the posts in a groggy state and thought it was just a still picture until the head turned towards me, which made me jump
Anyway, it perked me up a bit, so thanks for that!
Cheers.
Report: Patty Mills to test free agency

Seems De Colo will be making a appearance this year.
Once the news about De Colo came out, I expected Patty to possibly not return next year. I like Patty and want him to return but he's better off playing for another team.
Won't surprise me if he returns to Portland.
Patrick Mills @Patty_Mills
The team has been set and the announcement has been made. The Boomers are coming! #London2012
Could see him sign with the Lakers. He would be a big hit there with his instant offense.

I'd love to know what the stats from that new arena camera system had to say about Patty. Having that combination of super quick and super good 3 point shooting is rare. tbh, I'm not sold on DeColo. I don't really give a if he's 6'6". If he can't play D, and that's the word, he's a liability.
Interesting cap arcana: Despite opting out and being on his 2nd contract, Paddy Mills is a restricted free agent since he's <=3 yrs in NBA.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/mills-b...medium=twitterMELBOURNE, Australia (AP) -- San Antonio Spurs point guard Patty Mills will miss Australia's Olympic qualifying series in Oceania after being ruled out of a 12-man squad containing fellow NBA players Andrew Bogut and Matthew Delladova.
Mills was unavailable for matches in Europe against Slovenia and Lithuania due to a shoulder injury, and Australia coach Andrej Lemanis said that resulted in him being omitted from next month's two-game Olympic qualifier against New Zealand.
When I read this quickly, it sounded like he might have re-injured his shoulder, but I think those matches he missed must have been from last year.
Although four of the seven representatives from the NBA will be on hand, Patty Mills, Aron Baynes and Joe Ingles will be missing from the team.
While Mills is available for the Oceania Championships, he is not available for the European tour due to a number of factors. There have been concerns over his shoulder injury last year which required surgery and intense rehabilitation. He continues to have specialised rehab and training, to regain 100% health with his shoulder. This decision between Mills and the San Antonio Spurs meant that he would not be available for the European Tour.
Accordingly he has been omitted from the team for the European tour and the Oceania Championships against New Zealand.
“We are obviously disappointed that Patty can’t join us on the European Tour, and as a result, has been omitted from the team for this campaign, but we understand and respect his position,” said Lemanis.

Rotator Cuffs can definitely be tricky. If he's still having any kind of discomfort they probably just want him to rest and rehabilitate it.
