The actual rule (I don't know when Yahoo changed it) ... is you have to set up your team before Sunday night at 11:59PM Pacific time. Those changes will be for the following week.

For me being in Holland that means I got to decide on the bench on Sunday at 4PM San Antonio time.
So if a player goes down on Sunday evening my team misses a spot for the upcoming week.

Here's an idea. Change league to allow daily changes. For people that cannot frequently check in and manage their teams, they can still set their daily rosters in advance - say a week in advance.
