the problem is when you start with your conclusion...

conclusion: hillary is guilty and should be in prison

therefore, any report of clinton's possible guilt is good, honest reporting, and a report to the contrary is the result of a rigged, corrupt system. regardless of the merits of either report. you already know which report is right or wrong, because you are making the mistake of starting with the conclusion rather than reaching the conclusion as a result of evidence

the fbi investigated her for a full year, had access to tons of material you didnt, but based on your google/blog/forum searching you seem to think you know more than the fbi who actually investigated. it doesn't mean their results are infallible, but you need to explain how you know more than the fbi did

    It's not Hillary's emails, it's Wiener's phone.

The press has really ed this up badly, but that's their habit. Selling bull to sucker viewers, readers, traffic to sell ads.

5 key witnesses granted immunity. 1 witness granted immunity and also allowed to represent Clinton as her lawyer. Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton on the tarmac.

This is a welcomed surprise for the cable news networks lol. They're going to make a weekend out of this and then some. It's in their favor to tighten this race up as much as they can anyway. There's no chance of mega-ratings where everyone expects the race to be called early in a blowout.

didn't the fbi communicate with the DOJ to make the immunity deals? is there a source saying the FBI disagreed with those decisions at the time?

lynch is DOJ, separate from FBI. where is the proof that this meeting interfered with or impacted the fbi's investigation

investigators looked at Weiner's laptop and discovered that Huma Abedin had also used it. So there are some emails from Abedin to Hillary Clinton on the hard drive. Here's Williams:

Now they've got to go get court process to get the right to...take a wider look at these emails and begin that process.

You said earlier this probably won't be wrapped up before Election Day? Scratch probably.

In other words, nobody has even looked at these emails yet.

The FBI has to get a court order first.

So: are these emails that have already been turned over? Maybe.

Are they routine emails about schedules and so forth? Maybe.

Nobody, including the FBI, has the slightest idea.

But there's certainly no reason to think there are any bombs s here.

Needless to say, this didn't stop every news outlet in the country from blaring this at the tops of their front pages. They never learn, do they?

Email stories hyped by folks like Jason Chaffetz never pan out.

But news orgs get suckered every time anyway. So just to make sure their shame is preserved for posterity, here they are:

I called this a week ago. Trump numbers mysteriously rising for whatever reason now this. It's all a ploy to give the media a legitimate reason to have them "statically tied" come Election Day. A pending blowout doesn't help the media. They need to spin this like it's closer when it's really not.

    1. Don't know, but why would the FBI do that and tie their own hands in the investigation
    2. Rumor is now this is all coming out because of threats within the FBI to go public with what they have and how the investigation was handled

    Nate silver:

Betting markets have Clinton win probability falling from 81%->76% post FBI. Equivalent to anticipating roughly a 1-point drop in the polls.

    1. Don't know, but why would the FBI do that and tie their own hands in the investigation
    cool

and why would they tie their own hands? maybe those witnesses wouldn't give testimony they needed to complete the investigation and that was the only way to elicit it?

so in summary, you don't have any knowledge of how the DOJ or White House actually interfered with or impacted the FBI's investigation ... even though on the last page of comments you specifically claimed that the white house and DOJ interfered with the investigation

like i said earlier, this is just conclusion-oriented partisan "analysis"

There was no need for the DOJ to grant immunity deals, they could have gotten anything they needed by issuing a grand jury subpoena, and if they thought any evidence would be destroyed they could have gotten a search warrant and seized evidence.

Shouldnt you already know this stuff?

    *update on rumor

Agents working on Weiner case didn't sign NDA's like agents on Clinton's case. Threatened to go public, forced Comey's hand
