Westbrook, green, leonard, LMA, Gasol... this lineup is too deadly. If westbrook wants rings he'll come here.

Green would more than likely be part of any deal for Westbrook.

He shot 39% on 44 FGA in the game, 2-10 from 3P. Maybe he has to do it because his teammates suck. But maybe his teammates suck because he takes half the available shots, and mostly creates as an afterthought. I know, I know... he got 10 AST, and a triple-double. I guess if you can do that, your team doesn't need any chemistry - as long as you're playing Phoenix, anyway.

LMAO - do you guys even understand that he took a quarter of his shots last year from the 3P line, and shot .296? (Danny shot .332 from 3P last season, and people wanted him cut - or at least benched.) For his whole ing career, Hardon shoots about .350 on his 2-pointers outside of 3 feet. If a whole team shot that ty, they would never win a single game. Not one. Ever.

Anybody who wants to jack up that many shots, with that kind of ty FG%? I'll take him on the opponents' team every time. You can talk all you want to about the good things he does. The bottom line is he jacks up a load of shots, at a percentage that loses games. But, damn, he looks good doing it.

No, just no. "Ball Hog," I mean Westbrook isn't better than Kawhi, Durant or Curry. His supreme athleticism, physical style and size make him one of the best players period, but he still is the ultimate "Hero Baller" and doesn't play with enough poise.

No , Sherlock. There are probably 15 or more PG's better than Tony at this point. Thanks for that astute observation.

I would take at least 10 other PG's (all-time) in their prime over current day Westbrook. And truthfully he is probably more physically gifted or talented than most of them.

Funny, people laud over and praise Westbrook for the same sort of antics that Rondo, Marbury and Francis were hated/bashed for. He is going to wind up being this generation's Kobe Bryant, IMHO. And I don't mean thay as any sort of compliment.

How many of those " ty teammates" are lottery picks, Harlem? The team was going to take a huge hit talent wise once they lost Durant, but they still have a ton of quality big man depth (Adams is easily top 10) and young, athletic wings that can run with him.

He is just a glory hound simple as that. I hate that Durant took the "easy" route going to Golden State, waited until he was gone to finally admit playing with Russell isn't fun/was frustrating, but his style of play will likely never, ever lead to championships. Not unless he final takes a backseat to a more talented player, though the last 7 years probably prove that won't happen.

Perfect definition of his mindset and mentality: "now, I do what I want."

LOL... Westrbick now on pace to put up the third most shots in history, in a single season - the most in the modern era (due to decrease in pace).
His 44 shots in the last game would be on pace to blow away Wilt's all-time record, set in 1962.

And from this USA Today article:
    http://ftw.usatoday.com/2016/07/nba-...estbrook-shots

"During the Durant-less games over last two years, Westbrook averaged .677 shots a minute. Over 41 minutes, that works out to 27.7 shots a game, which just beats out Kobe’s 27.2 shots per game in ’05-06 and would work out to 2,271 shots over the course of the season. That would put Westbrook in the top-10 all-time, and it would be the only season after 1987 to make into that illustrious group.

We could be headed for the greatest season of chucking in modern NBA history."

Yeah, he's not a ball hog.

The only players better than Russ in the West are Kawhi, Blake, and AD. Durbeta and Cucky look like D-Leaguers compared to Russy 2 Clutch.
