Maybe not, but to get a scope on Broward only, 16% of the votes are reported right now, and that adds up to a little over 600,000 votes.

So there's a lot of thousands of votes left there. The question is how much is Shillary underperfoming elsewhere in the state.

If my math is right, Clinton is up by 250K in Broward county with only 16% of that county in. That means with 100% of the vote, if that holds, she'd win by over a million votes there. That should be more than enough to offset the deficit.
