Nuance does tend to be lost on morons, that doesn't surprise me.![]()
So some emails weren't hacked.
Does this somehow mean Russia wasn't actively trying to influence the election with hacks of their own?
Yes or no will do.
The thing is that the election was decided on a VERY narrow basis. Less than a hundred thousand people in three states. That's all that was required to move the needle. The influence in overall terms was small, but how much of a push did it need? 80,000 votes out of 120,000,000, is less than .07% .
So you have nothing as usual and instead go for some emotional nonsense and baseless insults.
How typical.
Assuming what Murray said was true and the DNC and Podesta emails published by Wikileaks did not come from the Russians...which other hacks are you referring to? Guccifer was not a Russian hacker.

Not the thrust of my question, which was primarily intended to illustrate a critical thinking principle. Feel free to ignore it. My lunch hour is over, and spoon-feeding conservatives critical thinking principles is beginning to take on a Sisyphean aspect.
NSA and NIA dont support CIAs "conclusions"
OP believing the CIA now

There's nothing to say, he is crying over spoiled milk, he needs to suck it up. Wrote a letter to the DNC and tell them to run a better campaign next time or something damn

You have anything other than characterizations that are based on emotional derision and completely lack substance?
Looked up NSA Russian hack and it brought up sputnik.com right off.
LOLiberals in full-on tinfoil hat mode.
LOVE RG trying to coax faux acknowlegement from people on a sports message board like it's an admission that will change anything.
Fuzzy comes out of hiding to try and discredit people based on pseudo psychology.
Boutons being Boutons when getting skull ed.
Guys, never change. The results of the Election aren't. The entertainment of watching the Left's weekly conspriacy theories and their desperation is good stuff.
pretty much sums it up
Yeah when op posts something of substance We will discuss it

Choose one.
You forgot all the sexists who wouldn't vote a female in as president.
See it as he needed to win only 1 of those 3 states to get to/past 270 - instead he won all 3.
It took Fox News three months to acknowledge the Russians hacked the election — but they finally did
After months of denying that the Russians had any involvement in the election, Fox News has finally revealed that the Russians hacked the election.
According to MediaMatters,
Fox News’ chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge explained that the conservative network independently verified that the hack was real.
Herridge reported that Russian cyber militias went after US systems as part of “an effort to interfere in the US election.”
“These operations were sanctioned by the highest levels of the Russian government,” Herridge continued.
“After the FBI director’s July statement about the Clinton email investigation, a government source says there was a reluctance to further insert government ins utions and their assessments into an already deeply politicized election cycle.
A leading cybersecurity expert says the intelligence community reviewed the techniques, tactics, and procedures leveraged in the attacks and made the link to Russia.
In October, the agencies and Homeland Security, or DHS, went on the record, though Putin was not mentioned by name.”

So how is Don The Con, ( "I won in a landslide, fair and square") now his staff ROTTEN with Fox people, going to play this one?
"Cyber backed."
That is a very ambiguous phrase, and could mean just about anything, including being routed through an internet server in Russia.
It is meaningless. Not enough detail.
What do they mean by "highest levels?"
And... "Though Putin was not mentioned by name."
You guys and your stupid confirmation bias. Where are the actual facts, rather than innuendo?
And hyper-cautious Obama ain't cautious no more
Obama vows action against Russia over election hacks
US President Barack Obama has vowed to take action against Russia for its alleged interference in the US presidential election campaign.
"We need to take action and we will," he told US radio station NPR.
"I think there's no doubt that when any foreign government tries to impact on the integrity of our elections, that we need to take action and we will, at a time and a place of our own choosing.
"Some of it may be explicit and publicised. Some of it may not be.
"Mr Putin is well aware of my feelings about this, because
I spoke to him directly about it."
