Note to Mike Perry.
Dude, ya can't be talking all that smack then pull that lackluster BS, ok?
Note to PVZ
Get back to being just a fighter, cool the cute girl routine, ok? They are a dime a dozen. And, you're really not THAT cute.
We've seen this countless times before. Guys with heavy hands destroy a bunch of middling fighters, think they're unstoppable because "no one can take a punch from me", then they run into a fighter who doesn't hang their chin out there and they end up fighting tentative and scared, because every time they throw, the other guy isn't afraid and hurts them.
Perry looked like he wanted absolutely nothing to do with fighting for the last round of that fight. Now he's talking tough again. He'll never be a good fighter because he doesn't want to flip that mental switch and recognize where he went wrong. He probably thinks Jouban just got lucky by not getting knocked out when in reality he got pieced up and Jouban was only in danger a couple of times. Jouban fought a decent fight but he wasn't terribly impressive, as many shots as Perry walked into he should have been sleeping in the first or early 2nd round. Against a top 8 fighter Perry would go lights out, and fast. He's the opposite of what you look for in a talented martial artist -- a one punch slinger with no idea how to actually fight and no desire to learn beyond "punch harder".
