    Bucks (Giannis, Parker, Middleton)
    Lakers
    (D'Angelo Russell, Randle, Ingram,Clarkson)
    Magic (Payton, Vucevic, Gordon, Fournier)
Pistons (Drummond, Reggie Jackson, KCP, Stanley Johnson, Tobias Harris)
Utah (Favors, Gobert, Hayward, Exum, Hood)
    Wizards (Wall, Beal, Porter)
    Wolves (Towns, Wiggins, Lavine, Rubio?)

    Wolves >>> Wizards> Pistons>Magic> Bucks>Utah>>>Lakers

I think coaching will make big difference in how these teams perform in the near future..Watch out if Thibs lands a job in in Washington or Minnesota.

tbh... if you include Lakers in this kind of list, you may add the NYK tbh... for Porzingis alone you add some second rounders they have and just like that they have better future prospects

    Bump..

Damn, I way pathetically overrated the Wizards and Magic ..

Despite their current struggles, I still think Wolves will be the best team of them all, but the Bucks may have the best results sooner since they are playing in the East.

With the emergence of Giannis, MIL have in my opinion surpassed the Celtics as far the next potential Eastern conference powerhouse after Lebron and the Cavs finally decline..

Bucks and Wolves are interchangeable with the Jazz a distant third (though thats because after this year the only true young pieces they'll have are Gobert and Hood since Hayward isn't that young). The rest just really aren't worth mentioning tbh.
