You had your leg broken by police?
No. Because when police say it, I do it. I don't like it. I hate it. But, they got the con, Fuzzy. Ipso facto, my leg doesn't get broke.

People get so caught up in their political party that they think most Americans are hardcore Dem or Rep, when in truth most Americans are more in the middle. That is why, as you say, it always swings. Just wish we had more than just two parties that are constantly at war with one another.
Completely agree, end the parties. But the elite don't want that, they want us arguing over party lines and not over the issues. Divide and conquer. No one is 100% liberal or 100% conservative.

If this rock head had listened to police commands his leg would not have been broken.
No, if the officer didn't use unnecessary force he wouldn't have his leg broken. Pero Antic didn't get his leg broken, why is that when he did exactly the same as Thabo? It is all out there for you to read after it went to court and it was proven that he did nothing wrong.

Also, Jon Henson of the Bucks had a jewelry store lock their doors when he came to spend some of his millions. I guarantee you if he were white they would have welcomed him into the store with open arms.

Pop has been sounding more and more out of touch with the average-everyday-American lately. We get it Pop, you're part of the leftist elite.
and just what does your racist average-everyday-American want?

What specific points does Pop make that you disagree with?

'Popovich called the concept of the American Dream “hogwash” because white people have such an easier time of achieving it than minorities.'

As he's surrounded by millionaire minorities.
See, if every minority would just become a professional athlete, they wouldn't have such issues with poverty.

Just 8 years ago the situation was completely in reverse.
The Democrats did hold the presidency, Senate, and House eight years ago, but if you look at the state level results, the Republicans still were never as screwed as the Democrats are now.

For instance, in 2008, there were only 8 more Democrat-controlled state legislatures than Republican-controlled ones. 12 state legislatures were split between both parties. In 2017, there are 20 more Republican-controlled state legislatures than Democrat-controlled ones. Only 6 state legislatures are split between both parties.

In 2008, the Democrats held 8 more governorships than the Republicans. In 2017, the Republicans hold 17 more governorships than the Democrats.

In 2009, most state governments were split between both parties. In 2017, the majority of state governments are Republican-controlled.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politi...party_strength

The Dems got crushed in historic fashion. 2008 was a walk in the park for Republicans compared to the situation that the Democrats are in now. And that was coming off of 8 years of Dubya's -ups and scathing criticism from the media. In contrast, the Democrats were coming off of 8 years of fawning praise for Obama.

I would assume that professional athletes combined their natural talent with hard work to get where they are. There's not some quota of black or white players that have to be drafted -- they take the best available.

As others have stated already the hypocrisy is amazing. Pop's only ever had one outspoken nignog on his team (Jax), and he was promptly 86'd

Complaining about white privilege and inequality while offering no solutions. Pop just sounds like a run of the mill Democrat.

The maximum number of black players that can play in the NBA at any given time is 450.

There are 37MM black people in America.

Just expand the size of the league. Because I was literally suggesting that every black man, woman, and child should join the NBA.

I wonder why diversity isn't so important in the NBA, but it is everywhere else.

I'll thank Pop to speak for himself - if he wants to bestow this sin on himself, go ahead but a "national sin" - on the entire country? He's free to voice HIS opinion, but the rest of us deplorables are tired of being painted with the racist, sexist, bigot, misogynist, etc. label that the liberal elites pull (and apparently still haven't learned from the election).

The cons ution effectively mandates a two party system for national elections by how the president is elected. If there are ever three or more strong parties no one would get to 270 electoral votes and the party with the most power in congress would pick the guy from their party. A dual party system is the only stable political setup.

You made a stupid attempt at delegitimatizing Pop's comments by suggesting that NBA players are proof that minorities have the same opportunities as non-minorities.

Does Avery count? But I agree - Pop only wants players who tow the line and don't cause trouble.
