Marion is getting man handled by Odom right now; he's spending too much energy on D. But the shots weren't falling for the Suns and LA was playing great D in the first half.
That was an ugly airball, he didn't even touch it.
They really do miss Amare..
Suns will still win the series. just like they said the Spurs shots won't be falling like that every game. The Suns shots won't be missing like that every game...
Too bad Jumpshots don't win championships. They still can beat 2nd rate/3rd rate team like the Lakers.
Nash was the only one who showed up tonight.
He's a Casper, but Bill is right. He's not a post defender, but has too much pride to allow himself to get beat, so he's straining himself down low and wearing himself out.
It only compounds the problem of his playoff inability.
The Suns could trade Marion for 2 or 3 really good hard nosed role playing pieces... with one of them being a slasher...
Marion has a REALLY hard time creating his own shot.
He just isn't a good playoff STAR.
Good player... but his regular season numbers are just rediculously bloated by playing with Nash and getting 4 dunks and 4 long rebounds a game.
marion expose, b4 nash even came, he was overrated player not worth the max he signed, then nash came and the suns system made him loook good.
That's where small ball has it's flaw in the playoffs. Odom isn't even as strong as some of the other power forwards but he is manhandling Marion and Marion is getting tired. If Marion thinks Odom is a tough cover wait till he has to guard Brand.

there was talk about clippers player ROSS being the next bowen, havnt seen this guy played, but i hope he puts marion into his seat
What's up with him come post season the guy is a no show.
