It's tough to say, his best years in terms of VORP were like from 2005-2009. And 3 of his 5 best PER/TS% years were from 06, 07, & 09. Other 2 VORP were 12/13 and TS% 11/13.

I think physically (for sure) , his best years were definitely in the mid-late 2000's. That's where he still had that quick burst, amazing ability to finish in the paint, and was extremely efficient. He was very good in the years you mentioned, but I don't know if those were his prime years as much as they were him sort of being the best offensive option with TD/Manu getting up there in age.

Physically his prime was definitely in the mid-2000s, but his overall game was at it's best from 2011 until 2014 imo. His decision-making and control of the offense and feel for the game was the best I'd ever seen from most any other PG.
