Something the bench is doing in this game that the starters need to do a of a lot more of is to attack the rim. Not settle for 20 foot jumpshots, but actually attack the rim and even *gasp* get FT's!

Problem is outside of Simmons everyone doing so is getting embarrassed. If they could do it competently this game would be over.

It's tough to say, his best years in terms of VORP were like from 2005-2009. And 3 of his 5 best PER/TS% years were from 06, 07, & 09. Other 2 VORP were 12/13 and TS% 11/1

I think physically (for sure) , his best years were definitely in the mid-late 2000's. That's where he still had that quick burst, amazing ability to finish in the paint, and was extremely efficient. He was very good in the years you mentioned, but I don't know if those were his prime years as much as they were him sort of being the best offensive option with TD/Manu getting up there in age.

true but MVPARKER was a serious MVP candidate the year the Heatles stole a ship from us. He was legit top 5 players in the league that year.

Yea. He had a more mature game for sure at that point. One could probably argue either way, I know earlier on is when folks had him in the upper echelon of PG's with guys like Deron Williams/CP3 etc... He was a more "dominant" player earlier on. Probably peaked higher during that time... It's weird with TP
