That underarm grab harden does has got to be a no call. They need to start watching for it next year. I understand sweeping under the arms when the guy has him arm out, but harden is reaching out to guys that have their hands down and just pulling their arm into the play then flailing when he goes up. You shouldn't reward that. It's not like the refs haven't watched film and doesn't know he does it on every single pnr.
It happens so fast that's you can't really call an offensive foul, but just swallow the whistle and he'll stop doing it.

Ihad the rockets sweeping OKC because Harden plays in a better system.
Donovan doesnt have the balls to call out westbrooks stat-padding.
He doesn't. His supporting cast can't even make free throws or foul correctly at the end of the game
The Thunder were +14 with Westbrook and -18 without him. Meanwhile, Frauden was getting carried by the refs and Nene. End of story.
End of story? Lol Westbrook's starting lineup s on Harden's. Capela is literally unplayable and so is Anderson.
Westbrook MAKES his starting lineup look better than Frauden's. Talent-wise, I'd take Ariza over any OKC starter other than Westbrook.
Pretty Sure Oladipo was a good player before OKC. And Westbrook isn't responsible for making Adams work over Capela and Anderson. Nice try![]()
Very shocked at OKC losing a home game like that in front of the best crowd/fans in the NBA.
Oladipo was so "good" that he couldn't stick with one of the worst teams in the league. The Magic couldn't dump that bum fast enough.
Oladipo is not good. I have seen hm brick shots all season. He is awful. Roberson is great on defense, but he needs to make a in free throw. There is no excuse. It has to mental, it has to be. How can he drop a three and nut the up on a free throw?![]()
In fairness to Roberson, free throws are actually the hardest shot in the game in terms of psychology. I was just thinking about this while shooting around at the gym yesterday. I shoot 70% in the gym, but if I had to shoot in front of thousands of people in the middle of a high-intensity game, I'd probably shoot 10% too
Not only is there the "pressure" factor, but also the perceptual context. Shooting from straightaway is always harder than shooting from angles because you have less perceptual cues for your brain to compute distance. Also you're always "out of rhythm" on FTs, as you're forced to shoot from a standstill with no jump. So I totally understand why otherwise good players struggle with this shot.
Oladipo is trash
Gordon, Lou Williams, Ariza are better than Westbrook's guys.
Harden the System Player
Can't wait to read what Dumbjohn's excuse is going to be for -8.0![]()
Been saying it all year. The Rockets have the second best supporting cast if not third in the league.
Ariza-Lou-Gordon-Anderson provide so much spacing
And then you Nene-Beverly.
So Plus/Minus has saved Kawhi from being in a 2-2 tie with the 7th seed?advanced stats 4 games in
What have Anderson and Ariza done this series? I'll wait
Anderson had a nice game three tbh, but Houston also has Nene/Beverly/Williams/Gordon playing well while Harden has struggled somewhat the last two games. Meanwhile outside Kawhi no one on the Spurs has been even good on a consistent basis. It's ok to admit Houston has a pretty stacked supporting cast, it means Morey has been doing his job well lately.
DumbJohn mpre worried about Hardens reputation than Winning
Face it, 99% of pundits have James Harden out of the top 5 player list. Westbrook this series is a 55+ net rating. Meanwhile...
