Who would've thunk it? Kobe with 15, and LA winning!
Maybe that Phil guy can coach after all ...

Phil Jackson for COY?!?!![]()
He totally deserves it after watching these past two Lakers game.
Personally, I can't wait until next season, when Amare and Thomas are healthy and this Lakers team gets it right in thr ass for this postseason.
LOL. Tired of assuming the position, huh?

Phil Jackson is an amazing coach. He's got everyone on that team playing together beautifully. Anyone who can make Kwame Brown into a productive player deserves recognition. BTW, does D'Antoni do any coaching? All I ever see him do is get pissed and yell when something bad happens to his team.
Yo, 1Parker1. What ya think bout Walton? I remember you saying that the Lakers wouldn't do with Walton playing good.
Game 1 Walton shot over 50% 19 pts 6 rebs 2 asts 2 stls 1 blk
Game 2 Walton shot just under 50% 8 pts 4 rebs 1 ast 1 stl 2 tos
Game 3 Walton shot just under 50% 17 pts 10 rebs 1 ast 1 to
He has been playing good basketball as of late from the reg season into the playoffs.
I am only sticking up for him because he was on my Dynasty Basketball teambut still the truth
Wow all Lakers starters in double figs and all under 20 pts. Somebody pinch me.
The Lakers winning does take the edge off the Spurs loss. It would be a dream if the Lakers could beat Phoenix because I know they can beat the Clippers.
i was very impressed by the balanced scoring from the Lakers tonight. Who would have known?![]()
Lakers and Kings are incredibly better right now than they were in the season.
Except for a Spurs lucky bounce, both Lakers and Kings would be up 2-1 without HCA.
Lakers do LPAM and Kings do KPAM?
Do the Spurs still do SPAM?
Except for a Kings lucky bounce the Spurs would be up 3-0.
Come on...you have to be honest here. Yes Luke Walton has been playing amazing well lately, as has Kwame Brown, and Lamar Odom....I just think that's more of a by-product of Phil Jackson's coaching and Kobe Bryant's sudden passing.
My point was that I honestly never thought a team with Luke Walton, Smush Parker, and Kwame Brown as your starters would not only make the playoffs, but also seriously contend for an upset in the first round
I'll admit it, I underestimated the Lakers.
