With the way Harden is shooting, going under screen's isn't a great idea. Then you add in that it's a simple (but illegal) move for the big to "pop" out Against Kawhi to force a switch, and you can see why they don't do it.

Pop is unlikely to open with a small ball rotation. have LMA out there at the 4. I do think we'll play more minutes with Kawhi at the 4. If LMA starts attacking the rim it's a different story. Jumpers over little guys will need to stop.

Apa's favorite player Ryan is not going to start tonight, so we're looking at Bevery, Gordon, Harden, Ariza and Capela. Seems easy enough to match that by starting any of Simmons, Anderson or Bertans. I'd prefer Kyle for versatility, but you could probably have guessed that. Bertans should get minutes in one of the units, though. And Simmons will get time regardless.

It might have to do with the 2 big lineup forcing Lamarcus to defend on the perimeter. If that were the case, I would expect adjustments... otherwise spurfan summer starts early.
