I knew it would be tough without Kawhi against a team like Warriors but this game convinces me finally Spurs need to trade LA. If Pop wants to stay "big" in this league, we need a post player that compliments Kawhi on the court and can dominate smaller players. There are times when Kawhi won't be on the court and during those moments, more often than not, LA didn't show up.

So Pop - either go small or trade LA for another big.

yes, going big was a good try and probably works against most teams, but not GSW. Gasol to slow. LMA too scared. It only works if you have a big that can punish down low.

LMA is still a though.

They aren't "loading up" on us. We've got 2 guys maybe who can kinda-sorta handle a basketball under any sort of duress. It might look like the Dubs are flying on D, but they are going maybe half-speed. We don't have any offensive threats. Besides Simmons apparently.

It just doesn't take much to disrupt us because everyone but Simmons is scared less (LMA, Pau) or just unskilled.
