i don't know why the spurs players just don't come to ST for medical, coaching and GM advice. if they did, they'd go undefeated each year, stay under the cap while winning les and no one would ever get injured.

And yet YOU continue to come here, don't you?
This makes me wonder as well

Kawhi hasn't been officially ruled out.. Pop said he's "likely out", but that was before he underwent the MRI..Think Leonard will test it in few drills pregame, and if he feels good, he might try lto obby harder to play, but eventually Pop say no..The six days of rest are just too tempting to risk it all..
I love Kawhi..
I wouild never risk his career.
I played with a sprain before and that was after 4 days of rest and you tend to make up for your weak ankles. The chances of injuring other parts of your body increases significantly.
I broke my kneecap playing with a sprain ankle because I was trying to play things "safe". Was soccer though..Not bball.
Ankle injuries are tricky.....it's obviously going to be more susceptible to re-injury, and if that happens there's no telling how severe it could be. I want Pop to play it safe here.
it's a forum. like the one DQ in a small town. used to be a lot better, but there are still some decent posters here and there and a few of those are great at breaking down the cap, getting solid info on overseas posters and then there are those who are constantly monitoring the internet for updates on injuries, trades, etc. so i can usually come here to get that information. once you know who the good posters are you pretty much know who to skip over and who to read. unfortunately, there's a lot more litter now than there used to be.
Kawhi looks perfectly fine to me..He is not walking in a boot and his gait doesn't seem to be hindered by the sprain..
Hopefully with treatment he will recover to almost 100% and can play on Saturday.
^^ if it was serious, how the was he allowed to carry that huge backpack on a bad ankle?![]()
Great he can walk...but can he push off? Cut? Run? Jump?
Certainly a positive sign seeing him walk without a limp with a big bag. Better than seeing him get picked up right off the plane because of pain.
Zaza is asking the same question.
That's a positive sign. Plus, to be able to walk like that after 2 days of treatment...He's got 3 mpre days to rest up and improve his mobility.
yeah. I knew it. He's going to tie it up for us at home.![]()
Also MJ needs to stop ing around and give him his own shoe and clothing line. Sucks that he's been wearing klaw gear for like 2 years now and it's still not available to the general public.
Needs to go Lavar Ball and sell his shoes at a crazy price point. Like 100 bucks.
I hate to say this, but watching him come down the steps it's pretty obvious which leg is hurt. He puts his left down soft, and drops hard onto his right. I'm not going to argue with anyone who wants to argue about it, but it's there.
Duh..
He's two days removed from an ankle sprain. That ankle is still in pain.
It's just a sign that he's recovering and that the injury wasn't too serious. He's carrying heavy bags.![]()
You can also see him grimace coming down the steps.
Its a good moment for those Texas MedClinic guys to heal Kawhi.
That's how you get out of a plane after a long trip. you feel kinda slightly disoriented and low on energy. dude is carrying his own bags..
Yeah he still looks hurt and limping in that video. Forget the game and heal those ankles. Love the Spurs but they need to man-up before an injured or non-injured Kahwi heads back out there. The team owes him this game.
