2016 Draft Profile - Jonathan Jeanne
Strengths: Jonathan Jeanne has the potential to be one of the biggest steals of the draft if he chooses to come out this year.
His height and length are obviously the first things that will get noticed, but he is an extremely skilled player for his size. He is a good outside shooter with range to the three-point line, a solid ball handler, and a good passer with decent vision.
Defensively he is a very good shot blocker and alters a number of other shots as well. His rebounding is also improving.
Weaknesses: Jeanne must improve his frame drastically. He is extremely thin and can get bullied around by more physically mature players. He lacks toughness and strength and because of that, tends to prefer to play on the perimeter. It also hurts his ability to rebound the ball consistently.
His post game needs work as does his offensive game in general. While he does have a solid skill set, it still needs to be fleshed out as it is relatively basic.
His defensive potential is off the charts, but he still needs to work on his fundamentals on that end as well. His positioning off the ball needs improvement and he relies too much on his height and length as opposed to stance, angles, and positioning
