I agree it was a dirty move but how can the Spurs injure Curry,Kevin,Klay without getting a major Artest like suspension. How do you suggest they do it? Should they punch Curry in the face when he's in mid air or body slam him? Even though Zaza succeeded in injuring Kawhi it's still not easy to injure guys. Like I said before I'm old school I miss the '90's NBA where a guy like Durant would have been punched out by now but you have to remember back then the suspension weren't harsh where as today they are super harsh. Very few guys are going to be willing to risk being out half of the year for hurting someone.

If you want to talk about soft I would say LMA is soft for not shoving Durant back after Durant shoved him.

Have the Spurs delivered a single hard foul in this series? They don't need to take anyone down - just show that they have a pulse.
They way the Spurs responded to GS, it's obvious that the Spurs don't really give a about each other.

No. Been saying this since blair. You have to have a physical, mean big man. Someone has to be an intimidator. Spurs dont have that.

I really like Dejounte so I follow him on various social media outlets, Lebron and him straight up party together in the off season. Dejounte went with the Cavs team this past summer to celebrate their ship. As far as him commenting on his game haven't heard him anything.

The punishments are not harsh for certain dirty teams. , some inbred re even got away with kicking others in the groin last year.

Even with Kawhi, I didn't think we had enough, tbh... Kawhi is really good, probably the best player this series, but we have a lot of holes against this team, starting with the supposed 'big' superiority that doesn't exist...

They never looked miles better with Kawhi out there. Not in the regular season and not in Game 1. I don't see how anybody can say that unless they're falling for the hype machine.

Not sure I'll pay Mills 8 millions at this point..When you're getting outplayed by your 20yo rookie backup for an entire Conference Finals series, it is over..

lol, I wouldn't even want him back for his current salary. How many times do I have to tell you guys - He averages about 6ppg in the playoffs and is an undersized SG that is a traffic cone on defense. His current salary is about all that he's worth to the Spurs or any team with le aspirations. You can get what Mills provides in the playoffs from one of the top d-league players - if you give a d-league player the same minutes as Mills, he could probably score 6 ppg. Gary Neal is a better version of Mills.

There's only a couple of shooters on the Spurs that are pure shooters - Bertans and Forbes. Most of the players on the team are mechanical shooters than have learned to shoot. Mills was a putrid shooter when he was younger, he's learned to shoot, but he's not a pure shooter. Another mechanical shooter that doesn't have a feel for shooting.

Playoffs is all that matters matchup-wise, and we had a very small sample with Kawhi out there, tbh.... without Kawhi, it's no contest...
