You seem to differentiate the terror attacks in the Middle East as opposed to terror attacks in other countries. You've walked back the attacks were from Westerners antagonizing Muslims so I'm just asking you to clarify why you think we are seeing these attacks. Share your knowledge on why they are attacking abroad and what can be done to prevent more attacks.
