My point is that the Spurs have had rumored interest in him, have talked with Cleveland about Green. So thought it was interesting how the numbers worked out.
He was their late first-round draft pick a couple years ago. Selected by the Twolves and then traded to them.

22 Y.O 6'8 wing that Cleveland drafted in 2015. Supposed to be pretty good and the Spurs were supposedly interested in him recently.

Osman is really nice...But spurs had nothing to offer. It was pretty clear Cleveland liked Osman. They didn't want to include him in a package IIRC last year.

What makes you pretty sure the Knicks want LMA? Why would the Spurs want Melo?? Confused on both accounts..
I think Melo and Kawhi would play good basketball together. I don't think the Spurs would want Melo and yeah Knicks probably don't want LMA. What I don't get is why Melo to Houston is a good idea, it isn't.
