The article talks about his meeting with Victor Podobnyy. That's when the FBI was monitoring Page, they found Page insignificant and let it go.
If you have something other instance of him being under FBI surveillance back then post it.

He met Podobnyy in January 2013 and stayed in contact until June 2013, when he was interviewed by the FBI. The secret warrant that was just announced is from 2014.
Now, if you have information about the secret 2014 intel warrant filed before today, go ahead and post it. Until then, your timeline is off.
