Lol. From a rapist? Doesnt kobes name do the same thing?
I would love to see Tiago back with the team as a coach.
Man, Tiago and Boris both could be out of the league. 2014 seems longer ago than 3 years.
Oh there's no doubt about that. They've looked done for awhile now, tbh.
And there were many here who wanted these two back.![]()
Not a fan of his game but still surprising to see him make the jump to Europe.
, Baynes is the only active big from that roster that is still playing in the NBA.
Wow. you're right. Jeff, Timmy, Tiago and Boris are all gone.
While not a big, who in 2013/14 thought Manu would outlast them all.
If it happens that he has his worst season then I'd expect him to pick up that option. Otherwise I thought he'd be gone.
I didn't think too much of it as it concerns him and Kawhi. I thought it reflected on Mills as a beloved leader.
Endearing picture. What cuties the boys are!
Tiago with an injured hip again. It seems he would have gotten at least a minimum contract if he wasn't injured. It's dawned on him that he can't stay healthy enough to play. He might announce a retirement soon.
Lebron finally speaking his mind.

I would take Gay and Gasol over Melo any day. Plus I don't think Thunder really upgraded here. It will be interesting by them going small. Also it just shows how easy it is to trade bad contracts. Oli and Kanter were not good contracts and got an allstar in PG and an out of bubble allstar in Melo.
I'm suprised Pop hasn't weighed in on the Warriors-Trump situation
Most logical post by anyone since the trade. And good point about contracts.
ST before trade: Melo sucks
ST after trade: RC sucks 'cause he didn't get Melo.
Alarmists just needing to sound off, I think.
Theyre just media influenced to get on the internet after any new happening. Its funny to see how emotional they are.
http://news4sanantonio.com/sports/to...ovember-returnIn an interview with LeEquipe, the Spurs point guard says his torn tendon is completely healed, has been cleared by his doctors to return to the court and is shooting for a return to the floor in November and not January.
Thanks for the update!
Excellent news.
Even the Parker haters have to admit that he is a tough dude. He has played hurt, he has played in the summer for the French national team nearly every year, and he has bounced back quick from his bigger injuries.
Whether you agree or disagree with his ego or his playing style or his position with the team...he gives it all for basketball and for the Spurs.
Melo wouldn't have helped the Spurs as much as he helps a talent deprived OKC outside of Russ and PG13. They are better after the trade than b4 IMO, while getting out of the Kanter contract. He was unplayable against the teams that matter but he would have killed the Spurs. Anyways, this is all about RC and his "we like what we have" stand pat statement.
Thanks as always Ace!
Amen, bro. Tony rehabs hard and always wants to play. One reason I've never had an issue with the money he's been given.
Which is not an unreasonable position for him to take, essentially returning a WCF team who may very well have given Dubs trouble if Zaza hadn't done a hit on Kawhi. They tried to get Paul, but it didn't work out, so standing pat is a smart move. It's just not sexy. A lot of ST'ers want the instant gratification of acquiring some name player to make their summer interesting, or in a few extreme cases as an excuse to about the "incompetence" of PATFO. But, hey, that's what these boards are for. Discussion.
DeAndre Liggins will probably get waived from Hawks within days, he's probably someone to look at - decent perimeter defender who can shoot the 3.
Definitely worth a look. The Spurs need someone for the Simmons role in case BP3 can't cut it.
