Marcus Smart still waiting to hear anything from the Celtics.

Well the big man Mr. Embiid got his extension.
$148 5 yr. max contract. It has some incentives that could make it a super max. It's a mighty big risk for Philly.

Embiid, one of the NBA's most talented and popular young players, has the ability to earn an additional $30 million -- bringing the value of the contract to as much as $178 million -- if he earns an All-NBA first-, second- or third-team selection, or is named MVP this season, league sources said. The designated rookie scale extension -- termed "the super-max" -- reflects 30 percent of the 2018-19 salary cap if Embiid reaches the performance-based criteria.

How many points did Manu score in that game?![]()
My bet is 19, almost had to update the Manu 20+ points thread that day.
Haha! Good one! I liked the hemisphere arena, granted I was a wee lad when I used to see D Rob carry scrubs there.
I don't know where else to put this tbh... wow Phil
Pop might be behind Phil as a coach, but Pop the GM runs circles around Phil.
I wonder if, at some point, people will liken Phil's 11 rings to Horry's 7.
One got the feeling Phil never really cared about the NY job. It was a take the money and run hit job on Dolan.
Have you seen the Spurs play in every home arena?
https://www.poundingtherock.com/2017...ndon-perrantesSpurs waive Amida Brimah and London Perrantes
Hopefully Amida reappears in a Toro's uni...
I actually have not been to the ATT center. I moved away from SA right before it was finished and haven’t returned to SA since.
You're ahead of me. I've never seen the Spurs play live - home or away.
Yeah, he has potential.
I've seen the Spurs live six times. Five games in SA in 2011 and 2014, all won (against good Teams like OKC etc.). One game in Germany and the ers lose to Alba ing Berlin.![]()
In hindsight that was a sign of things to come that season (albeit a lot of posters did call it that way iirc). Can't believe how many close games they lost that year.
The irony.
Somehow an even less exciting camp than 2014's. Suggest tonight's game will be more of a dress rehearsal for Wednesday. Btb the game will be on TNT, according to ESPN.
Not to mention that I think that started off the trend of Tim giving games away with horrible in-bound passes. He did it in the LDN game the RRT before, but he was really bad after that.
Milos Teosodic has looked great this preseason and has been decent on d. Clippers got a steal. Meanwhile Kawhi still stuck with running the offense everytime down the court.
that ing loss to Alba was the only game I watched live![]()
