    "Working sometimes" means it doesn't work. You have to get a significant positive, or else it's just random chance. If the subs only result in a comeback at the same rate that leaving guys in does, then there's no reason to do it. It has objective harms that have to be overcome, so you can't just break even when you employ that strategy.

    Probably. This place needs balance. I mean what like 97% criticize (and honestly, go beyond criticize and go in to full on I could do this job better type talk lol) there's a small % who give him the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes he deserves it. Other times, criticism is warranted
