wait till kawhi returns before you start agreeing on
It's just alot of pressure on Kawhi while other superstars have more support around them.

I hadn’t realized Kyle had his second double double of the season. Too bad team couldn’t pull this one out.

Mate, don't reply to me, cause I'll belt the ing out of you. I don't give a about your opinion.

Two of those roles players are overpaid, and the other one could be.

I would not have given LMA and extension.

Pop didn't play him his usual stint with LMA for ... some reason. I can't actually figure that out, because Pau was doing okay. He had even just blocked Giannis at the rim to force the jump ball (the refs had Kyle in there for some reason). Not only was that swap what lost the game, but I worry that like that can get Pau to crawl back into his passive hole.
My theory at the time was despite Pau's age and because of Joff's injury he was going to play Gasol tomorrow and wanted to limit his minutes tonight. Now, I don't think that was the case. He wanted to try out the small ball with Rudy which, as you say, cost us the game. Rudy's been stellar so you can't blame Pop for experimenting. I guess.

Pau was nearly on pace for a triple double in the first half then got little time in the second. Weird. Must have been his d, I guess...
It had to be transition D but considering how much Rudy struggled in this one...

He came into the second half with some lazy passes that set the tone.

Let me spin this... Let's say Pop by design wants us to continue to come out strong after the half and hit them with an uppercut like the last couple games. Well Pau and Danny came in and threw the ball away to start. It set a bad tone for the entire second half. Starts of halves and more less quarters is like waking up in the day and eating breakfast. If you don't eat breakfast your not properly nourished for the day so to speak. So Pop felt he needed to teach a lesson and let the players know it is unacceptable. Very understandable from disciplinarian Pop. The players didn't come in with the right focus and he wanted to nip it in the bud. I can virtually guarantee this doesn't happen next game or from now on and by that I mean bringing the right level of focus to start.

Gay has ted on Fake Greek and the Bucks many times before. He's just still a step slow right now. We'll see how he fares later in the season.

Spurs win with length and execution. Bucks have more of the first and Spurs didn't bring the latter. There were some positives though, good game.

I'm not basing it off tonight, I'm basing it off the pg play.
I can't think of something the team needs to do less than spend anything more on a PG. Mills was fine and will be more fine in a safe bench role with Manu and Kyle to feed him and Gay to take pressure off him. We simply have no idea how Tony's going to be, but he should be okay if he stays healthy. Given what it took to get Bledsoe, the team could have considered pulling the trigger, but I don't think we've seen the worst of him in MKE yet.

I'd like to see Bryn get some minutes, however.

I don't get why Bryn kept getting benched, he's a better shooter than anyone else on the team. Would it be that hard to try and get him some looks.

Felt the same. But pop has him in the friendzone lol he's strictly using him a spark off the bench.

I dont understand why pop didn't play Bertans in this game...imho it was perfet for him and his 3 point shot, with slow bigs like Henson and Maker...

Pop lost this game despite everything. Not giving Bryn much of a chance wasn't the worst thing he did, but it certainly didn't help.

Danny struggled a whole lot against their length and athleticism and those TO were murder.

Maybe your right but I think what he did was best for the longterm. His coaching in the second half was more longterm

This bucks team is going to be fun to watch. I like their peices. Still a shooter away but they’re heading in right direction.

Think they’ll be displacing my local Wiz as my #2 team.

That’s a whole area that we have speculated about in general not just this game.

He went back to his predictable pass-backs once he gets into the paint. Dude worked on finishing so he could just shoot those shots instead of hanging in the air, but he forgot about that tonight for some reason. Green having games like this isn't a horrible thing, though. The more times he bounces back from outings were DG 2.0 fails, the more stable that part of his game becomes. It'll feel less like he's playing over his head if he can overcome adversity.

he really hasn't warranted any extra playing time. It's not like he's making his shots in garbage time either. Than factor in his lack luster defense and rebounding... I think Pop has Forbes as that player.
