The back and forth in this thread is entertaining.
Again, I think you are right. Not going to argue there.
It is what it is. I have drifted from them, mostly due to being busy, and no small part to finding their gloating insufferable after Trump won. Sad is the one with brain damage, who draws social security disability. He is not outright so mentally disabled that he can't function, but makes a really good parrot for the stuff he hears at church. I always know exactly what the Baptists are truly thinking. He is torn because he has to suck on the welfare teat (physical deformation as well), but just doesn't have the cognitive function to reject stupid ideas.
The one longtime friend I wouldn't mind salvaging occasionally would take issue with him, but still thinks that voter ID laws are necessary because of fraud, even after I invited him to search for evidence of it, and he couldn't find any. Even he is starting to buy into all sorts of right-wing conspiracy theories.

I found this forum during the Duncan/kg battles. I stayed because of the political forum. I stay because in my field and area I'm surrounded by conservatives. This forum is highly liberal. Are you actually trying to enlighten yourself with the opposing views or are you just happen to look past the thought that your buddy, who's really cool, still thinks Dubya was a decent President?
We try. Welcome to the Monkey pit.
So do you call conservatives who think all liberals are idiots conservative elitists?
I think it is important to hear opposing views. I read Fox "news" and various op eds, and have some conservative think tanks that I check in on from time to time. Information bubbles are bad, IMO. It is one of the reasons I argue stuff here, although the quality/quan y of conservative posting seems to have dropped off.
The polarization of the country in microcosm. Moderate conservatives are more than a bit disillusioned and give up, and you end up with hacks like Yonivore, ducks, and Wild Cobra.
Yeah I was prety disappointed by this too. Figured this was the perfect opportunity to show that liberals aren’t hypocrites and would disown Franken, but basically all my liberal friends did the “if these allegations are proven true, then...” bull , talked about how she’s not credible due to being friends with Hannity, even went full re claiming this is a Roger Stone masterminded conspiracy.
Oh, I frequent message boards across the spectrum. So even if this is hardcore, at least both sides stick to their beliefs even if some of the arguments seem uninspired. Keep up the debates.
Sounds like a true story. I like how you made one of the characters a bible-thumping re who lives off the guvment. Trifecta.![]()
You might want to re-check the "being banned from the mall" angle you are pushing as the mall manager Boyle said it never happened.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...Gxp?li=BBnb7KzI didn’t do this to have him step down. I think Al Franken does a lot of good things in the Senate,” Tweeden said when asked if he should resign. “You know, I think that’s for the people of Minnesota to decide. I’m not calling for him to step down. That was never my intention.
“I just wanted him to understand what he did was wrong and how he treated me and how abusers do that under the guise that it’s funny, or that ‘Oh, I can get away with it because I’m a comedian,’" Tweeden continued. “That’s never funny. When you shine a light on it, that’s the culture of it — that’s the chance we need to make.”
FWIW.
By giving Roy Moore the benefit of the doubt after the stories that have come out, you are a ing moron, and the worst kind of partisan hack.
Sure. No problem. Defending Roy Moore with or without that bit still makes Yonivore a ing moronic partisan hack.
Better?
Funny how Moore hasn't even bothered to denied he was banned. And even funnier that this guy is a Moore supporter who will vote for him. Despite all the pedo allegations.
Also a former police officer is on teh record verifying the validity of the claim.
You're the pedo-in-chief here. Im shocked you're standing for this.
He had an infection as an infant. Oddly he has a brother who looks just like him, down to the mustache.
He is not quite re ed, but the same infection that destroyed the growth plates in his limbs got into his brain as well, and they had to remove a section of his skull. He does poorly on many higher order functions of logic, abstract thinking, and math.
I will tell him you think he doesn't exist. He will find that funny.
(edit) It is simply brain damage that resulted in life-long cognitive and physical impairment. (/edit)

You missed some of the 9-11 conspiracy theory debates. Those were interesting.
That's better. Just helping you get your ducks in a row.
Where am I "standing for this"?
You are so dumb it's shocking.

Hmmmmmmm.... Any second thoughts, TSA?The web site for Garmon's law firm and a YouTube channel featuring videos of Garmon (Roy Moore's defense attourney) describe a practice that largely deals in personal injury cases, including "botched abortions." A bio on the web site prominently features the fact that Garmon played college football at Troy University, including discussing the major schools and future NFL players the team played against. It also includes his having won a "pizza party" while serving as a cadet at West Point.
Poker buddy?
I have perused those threads as well. Good/Bad stuff tbh.
And he just added re ed...........
My foul here. Unnecessary roughness. mixed thoughts/sentences, was thinking of more generally. That said, your actions or thoughts in some things are the definition of being a -head.
"That said, actions or thoughts are the things that define being a -head."
My apologies. I was a bit confused by your response until I went back and re-read it. Makes sense now.
lol be specific. why you trolls always so demanding? power complex much?
as for your question... just because i haven't sat here and actually downed this guy or that guy in the conservative party doesn't mean i like or relate to that party. as i have said before, real liberalism died decades ago and the manifestation of liberalism today is more repressive. from free speech to the 2nd amendment, liberals want to silence it all. sad but true. that's the liberal ideology i can't stand and usually it's hipsters, young 20 yr olds with no life experience, old crotchety hippys that are now biz people, professors, etc... a scourge on our society!
Just so you have your ducks in a row. Quibble over mall bannings, and ignore the rape stuff. Magic "R" to the rescue."I continued to struggle. I was determined that I was not going to allow him to force me to have sex with him. I was terrified. He was also trying to pull my shirt off. I thought that he was going to rape me. I was twisting and struggling and begging him to stop. I had tears running down my face," Nelson said in her statement.
"At some point, he gave up. He then looked at me and said, ‘You are a child. I am the district attorney of Etowah County. If you tell anyone about this, no one will believe you,'" Nelson added.
You keep not believing her. The judge has the magic "R" that you have to protect at all costs."I continued to struggle. I was twisting and struggling and begging him to stop. I had tears running down my face," Nelson said in her statement.
