Spurs play the three bottom teams of the NBA in a four game span.
Barely won against Sacramento. Lost by almost 20 to the Lakers. Hawks on Monday...
Spurs will lose to Denver for sure.

I don't think there's a realistic trade out there that can improve the Spurs enough for it to matter. Unless they salary dump Mills they might as well just stand pat, take their beating in the first round from OKC/Minny, and be forced to look themselves in the mirror. Might not happen knowing Pop's ego but this franchise under his watch the last 3+ years has made a lot of bad decisions both on and off the court.
Even though he hardly played I did like what I saw out of Derrick White.
I want Kawhi back tho... we're going to get rickrolled regardless, but if Kawhi isn't there, it gives PATFO an out...
Thats a good point. But they can do better.
They ted the bed, coach included. Not sure what you can do about lineups with so many placeholders playing.
You were calling for the Spurs to lose to every team last year too. Chill. They are going to be able to beat those teams provided half their roster isn't on IR. I'd love the Spurs to update their roster, but they're probably going to have another year where none of the "smarter" teams will be able to take them down but Golden State.
Does it even ing matter anyway? No one is beating the Dubs for several years.
It's amazing how one can be so amazing at building a team and so deplorable at running it at the same time. #irony
Shaq asking why the Lakers don’t play like this every night. They don’t play anyone this bad.![]()
3-4 in our last 7 games and haven't won b2b games since Dec. 28th. Need to get this team healthy, and, more importantly, need our $50M man to start playing better... He's getting paid too much money and is receiving too much playing time to play this poorly.

I'm not holding my breath. Kawhi prolly gets shut down at some point this season.
Which is why i think that Harden choke and the first half of the Game 1 vs GSW was the worst thing to happen for this team before last off-season..
Unlike last year there's no Grizz team for the Spurs to play in the first round. Every possible opponent they could see is better than last year's Memphis team by a good margin, and they barely avoided a Game 7 last year.
The "placeholders" were pretty bad, but Gasol, LMA and Kyle - the bigs, and the regular rotation players were passive to the point of disappearing. People were complaining that Kuzma had more all-star votes than LMA. , both Kuzma and Nance looked like better players than LMA tonight.
That's flat out trash.
Nihilism... a new one.
This season so far...

The Spurs won't get out of the first round this season if they play Minny or OKC.
They got out of the second round last year playing a better team than either. Right now, they aren't even slated to play those teams in the first round. But if they do, they'll beat them.
I hate this team... this season...
Kyle has been passive since the 76ers game. He’s had good moments but not enough.
Lamarcus and Pau have no excuses but without good PG play bigs usually don’t perform well.
I'm not convinced Houston last year was better tbh. They play a very gimmicky system with mediocre defense and had limited star power last year. IMO a series between last year's Rockets and OKC/Minny is a toss up.
