Essentially gave up Kyrie, Frye, and a 1st for a 15-game rental of the corpse of IT and two busts in Clarkson and Nance.

Hard to call two 2nd rounders "busts." Decent role players. But I agree Cleveland took a severe beating in the whole Kyrie episode.

It sounds like Jordan is the best they could do with the Nets pick..even if they pull that off, I'd still say Boston comfortably won that trade(especially if they knew that Thomas would never recover from his injury)..

Not even sure it's the injury, I think Thomas just looked great playing in Brad Stevens' system. That same system made Avery Bradley look like a quality player. Stevens is the new Pop or new Sloan.

Hood is averaging 17 ppg on 39% 3pt shooting. If it´s true they only needed to give up Shumpert it's a great, great get by the Cavs.
