Cleveland is proving that if you agressively look for it, you can get done. I still don't know what they had to give up to get Hood.

    Hill, Hood, Lebron, Love, Thompson/Nance

    That lineup shouldn't suck defensively.

Lebron may be a good GM after all.

Meanwhile, Spurs need 15 years to get younger.

My first reaction was . But seeing what the Cavs got in return changed my mind. They just did DWade a solid, letting him go back home to retire.

True. Spurs could always have gotten things done. They don’t want to move their players.

I don’t know if you saw the interviews from Tony and Manu, but Manus specially was very revealing. He said unless one of the guys ask for a trade they stand pat. They are a very tight knit group and the chemistry for them is super important

Hopefully he can make these shrewd, cold, calculating moves when he becomes GM/player next year on the Spurs.

Spurs couldn't do that even if a terrorist attacked a closed workout.

Their roster was a dumpster fire. What do they have to lose?
Fair point. They weren't doing with what they had, so worth it to roll the dice and at least they have a different look if Lebron bolts.

I have to take issue with that. They don't seem tight knit at all to me, especially with the Kawhi issue hanging over their heads. They don't play with a crispness that reflects being tight knit.
