    sorry i got off topic but still wasn't wrong. either way, it's the poor who need help, which is fine, but they tend to sell off stamps for drugs or just $, trade from the same, and purchase junk with those stamps/card. either way, abuse of the system they shouldn't rely on forever like most do.

    Some Subways and Papa Murphy's here take EBT all day but the sammich can't be heated and Papa Murphy's is a take n bake pizza chain, so they are popular that way here in Cali.

    Why would the proposed food packages need to be delivered to their homes? They can be delivered to stores or local welfare offices they are already patronizing to either use or receive their food stamps. Eliminates the laughable "stigmatize" defense and the cost of delivering to welfare recipients homes.
