One does not need to be president or even in office to be impeached from holding federal office. In fact, I'd argue the framers made it that way so we wouldn't have to put up with a criminal like Hillary running for office. But Dems were too far gone.

She wouldn't have been "impeached." Nobody would be using that word to ask for her resignation. No one was talking about impeachment before you falsely used that term like you always do.
