There were multiple warnings and red flags that went up with the Parkland shooter. Multiple agencies were alerted. I think we could have determined that he was mentally ill, and took away his guns without due process if that were a law. How would you normally determine if someone was mentally ill? That's pretty obvious. You send them to a psychiatric hospital for an examination. I'm confused as to what is so hard to grasp about this subject for you that you need my opinion on it.
