kicking out spies cost Pootin nothing
What he really wants is the financial/personal sanctions lifted.
If US, UK, etc really wanted to hurt Pootin, they'd ratchet up the financial sanctions.
You live in crazy land.
Obstruction of justice.

Is Trump About to Make a Fatal Mistake in the Mueller Probe?
A wave of departures have left the president more vulnerable than ever before.
the president is in big trouble if he decides to conduct an interview with special counsel Robert Mueller.
attorney Jay Sekulow is the only lawyer working as Trump’s personal attorney on the special counsel’s investigation,
ex-federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti wrote on Monday that
the president is treading on increasingly dangerous ground without properly experienced legal counsel to help him prepare for an interview with Mueller and his team.
“Sekulow has no experience handling federal criminal investigations,” he writes.
“Asking him to quarterback the defense to this important investigation would be like asking a neurologist to be your heart surgeon.”
Sekulow also explained that attorney
Ty Cobb, who is working on behalf of the White House on the Mueller probe, can’t help Trump prepare for a Mueller interview
because “conversations between Trump and Ty Cobb (and other lawyers employed by the White House) can be obtained by Mueller in discovery under existing case law.”
Mariotti said that these latest developments make it more likely that Trump will make a critical mistake in handling the Russia probe.
“This increases the possibility that Trump will mismanage how he responds to the investigation,” he said.
“Perhaps he will sit for an interview that most experienced criminal defense attorneys would work hard to avoid.”

I don't see where the DOJ compares Comey to Wikileaks at all. Maybe you can post the DOJ quote where they say that.
I don't see where the DOJ compares Comey to Wikileaks at all. Maybe you can post the DOJ quote where they say that. That was not a DOJ quote.
http://www.judicialwatch.org/wp-cont...1/Defs-MSJ.pdfHere, Mr. Comey’s testimony or transmittal of the material to others, both of which
occurred when he was acting as a private citizen, in no way cons utes “official disclosure” of
the contents of the memos. See Transcript, at 7 (Comey answering “[n]o” to question of whether
“the special counsel’s office review[ed] and/or edit[ed] [his] written testimony”). This case is
thus similar to the cases involving, e.g., memoirs by former government officials and the
Wikileaks do ents, in which waiver was not found. See Afshar, 702 F.2d at 1133 (concluding
that none of the books by former CIA agents and officials is “an official and do ented
disclosure, as the release of CIA cables would be”); ACLU v. Dep’t of State, 878 F. Supp. 2d
215, 224 (D.C. Cir. 2012) (“No matter how extensive, the WikiLeaks disclosure is no subs ute
for an official acknowledgement and the [plaintiff] has not shown that the Executive has
officially acknowledged that the specific information at issue was a part of the WikiLeaks
disclosure.”); see also Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, Inc. v. Dep’t of the Navy, 891 F.2d 414,
421 (2d Cir. 1989) (“Admiral Carroll’s statements cannot effect an official disclosure of
information since he is no longer an active naval officer.”)

I'm no lawyer, so I'll have to ask you how the DOJ is saying Comey and Wikileaks are the same here. From what I can see, it's an pretty narrow comparison of the actual do ents, not a person and whatever Wikileaks calls itself today.
Yes, it appears Judicial Watch did move the goalposts here. Disingenuous, to say the least.
This is how the judicial watch hacks read it. Has nothing to do with DOJ opining on the matter.
There are no actual quotes from the DOJ.Chris
